We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operating on behalf of the U.S. Government, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada, or any consulate, embassy, or immigration authority. We do not provide legal or immigration advice.

Apply directly any time

Every government runs an official portal where you can apply yourself, usually for the government fee alone. Our service exists to make the process easier — never to replace it.

Five things you should know going in

Approval

Approval is the government's call.

Whether your application is approved, denied, or returned for more information is decided entirely by the issuing authority. We submit a complete, error-checked application — we cannot influence the outcome.

If denied, our service-fee refund policy still applies.

Entry

Authorization is not the same as entry.

Even with a valid ETA, ESTA, ETIAS, or eVisa, admission to the country is at the sole discretion of the border officer at the port of entry. Officers can deny entry for reasons unrelated to your authorization.

Carry your passport, travel insurance, and proof of return travel.

Timing

Processing times are estimates.

We display the issuing authority's published processing times. Actual timing varies and is set by the government — not by us. We do not control queue backlogs, holiday slowdowns, or system outages on government portals.

Apply early. Choose refundable flights when possible.

Information

Rules change. So do we.

Travel-authorization rules, fees, and eligibility criteria are updated frequently by the governments that issue them. We update our service as soon as we learn — but you remain responsible for ensuring the rules in effect at your time of travel are met.

When in doubt, cross-check against the official government portal.

What you confirm when you submit

By submitting an application through Charta Visa, you confirm the following:

All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
You are 18 years of age or older, or you are an adult submitting on behalf of a minor in your legal care.
You are the rightful holder of the passport and identity documents you submit, or you have explicit authorization from the holder.
You understand that approval, denial, processing time, and entry are decided by the relevant government — not by Charta Visa.
You have read and accept our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

If something goes wrong

We have a real human team. Tell us what happened.

We investigate the same business day. No template replies.

We resolve per our refund and service-recovery policies.
